ROC is a Canadian-based Charitable Organization (non-registered), operating in the Philippines as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), seeking to alleviate the cycle of poverty in the most vulnerable and impoverished Filipino Barangays (communities) and Sitios (villages). Addressing the root cause of the cycle of poverty, its charitable projects and activities are based on collaborative holistic systems-based approaches crafted to maximize sustainable development and community self-sufficiency.

17 and 25 October 2025 Distribution
The Philippines suffers from severe water pollution, with nearly 6000 premature deaths annually due to waterborne diseases.
ROC distributed 38 filters and 190 5-gallon water storage containers to 983 residents of Sitios (small villages) Katwiran, Lagundi and Lower Bangkal Tribo, providing essential water purification to the communities to ensure they have readily accessible potable water, and prevent waterborne diseases.

In response to this emergency, on 27 July 2025, ROC, supported by itself dedicated volunteers and members of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Montalban (Rodriguez), distributed to its beneficiaries of Sitios (small villages) Katwiran and Lagundi a total of 143 Bundles for Hope (BH - food packages - 78 and 65 BHs respectively), including 700kg of rice.
